The THZ CX Maturity Model is a five-level customer experience improvement model designed so that the capabilities at the lower levels provide a progressively stronger foundation on which to build the upper levels. These five developmental stages are referred to as maturity levels, and at each level, the organization has a distinct customer experience process capability. By moving up these levels, the organization’s customer experience capability is consistently improved.
